What holidays are most popular for sending flowers?
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are the busiest, but flowers are wonderful for every holiday.
How far in advance should I order flowers for busy holidays?
We suggest ordering 1–2 weeks early to secure your preferred flowers and delivery time.
DELIVERY POLICY - We will try our best to accomodate for specific delivery instructions but not all accomodations can be guaranteed. Delivery orders are prioritized by first come first serve basis including time accomodations. As of June 12, 2026, we are now into the hottest parts of the year and we will not be leaving arrangements outside unless specifically instructed to by recipient or sender. If instructed to leave the arrangement outside until someone gets home we are not responsible for any wilting, lost or stolen items from your order. Deliveries not received directly will be returned to the store and pick up can be arranged by the recipient or sender.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY - When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture, but substitutions may be needed for a variety of reasons. Please remember that each design is custom made, no two arrangements are exactly alike; color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.
RETURN POLICY - Fresh florals may be returned within 24 hours with purchase receipt for store credit. Hard goods may be returned within 7 days with purchase receipt for store credit. No refunds.
